I help companies lease or purchase commercial real estate (office, warehouse, retail, etc.) for their business operations here in "Silicon Valley", CA. I help businesses locate commercial space, and help negotiate and review lease/purchase contracts.
I also work with investors in the buying, selling and leasing of commercial real estate.

A Company that is growing (adding employees) may mean that the company's current "commercial space" will be to small. A company that has "lost business" may need to down size their commercial space to reduce their operating costs.

I specialize in tenant representation-- that is I help companies look for "commercial real estate" (office, medical, manufacuring, retail, R&D, and warehouse space) for their business operations.
