Hi Steve,
Let's have some conversation about this tomorrow. I might or might not be a good salesperson for you... But I have set up and run Employee Referral programs in companies, as both an HR Director and consultant.

Steve, I am wondering if you can help me.

I am working on a research project around what makes it attractive to software developers to work at specific companies and on specific types of projects.

The client company is looking to hear from highly productive software developer employees (not independent contractors) who build innovative, web-based and/or mobile applications.

Might you know some developers who might be eligible to participate in the research study? (will involve 1:1 telephone interviews or a focus group depending where they are based).

The client company is focused on Bangalore and the US based developers.

What’s in it for the developers is that if they are selected to participate in the research, they are paid a thank you or honorarium fee.

There are specific companies being targeted in terms of where the software developers work. I can provide more info if this something you might be able to help me with.

Definitely appreciate your help!
