We primarily as an outsource vendor for the design, creation, and implementation of budgeting, strategic planning, and pro-forma functions for small to medium size companies. We also do computer revenue and cost modeling, as well as cost accounting services. In addition, we offer interim and permanent part time Chief Financial Officer and Controller responsibilities for companies that need the expertise, but do not choose to have full-time a full time CFO or Controller.

What are some symptoms that a prospect might need your offering?
If a company does not have a budget, they need one in order to manage the business properly. We guarantee that we will finish your budget or project within 4 weeks of the engagement for most companies. That is a lot quicker than all in house accounting and finance staffs can accomplish this crucial task, especially at a lower stress level and use of time!
Also, for insurance purposes and for banks, investors or creditors, a budget can justify the expansion or replacement of equipment, buildings, and tools. Accounting and finance has problems and issues that need an experienced CFO, such as accrual problems, compiling and reporting problems, operational issues translating into the P&L, accurate and timely data needs to manage the business, and efficiency measures. In addition, if there is too much to do, and not enough time to do it, that causes stress and pain. We can relieve that stress and pain by completing your tasks in a timely and efficient manner, thereby allowing the owner or the CFO to concentrate on managing the business.
