Target companies range from very small to large, across all industries. For a small business I may play the role of a Bookkeeper/Controller and CFO in one.

For a large organization I may be an additional resource during a crunch time - post acquisition, audit, new system implementation, etc.

Bank Managers, Lending Officers, Attorneys, CPA Firms, IT Firms

Excessive overtime in the accounting department
Staff turnover, leave of absence of a controller, accounting manager, etc.

In the case of a small business owner or a health practitioner, the business owner may no longer be willing to spend his/her own time on accounting/bookkeeping, but is ready to delegate that task, focusing on his own core competencies instead.

What differentiates you as a possible business partner?

Many years of corporate, high quality experience available to small businesses on a part-time basis. There are very few part-time Controllers operating independently like myself.

Also, flexibility, international experience, language skills - German, Polish, some French.
