I do not target specific size companies but those in the $50-250 million range would most likely utilize a consultant.

Human Resources, Education/Training Consultants, and Lean Practitioners. Partner with companies interested in broadening the services they offer to include Lean Manufacturing, Health & Safety, Sexual Harassment prevention, Violence in the Workplace training, Communication improvement, Employee Performance Reviews, and other customized training.
What are some symptoms that a prospect might need your offering?
Cost/Price pressures. A decision to increase working captial through 1) inventory reduction, 2) a decrease in inventories 3) a reduction in Work-In-Process, 4) a need to free up floor space for future growth or 5) a need to increase response to customer needs and improve quality while employees items 1-4.

Through our Management and Health & Safety segments of the company: A need to comply to State and Federal Law in Sexual Harassment or Bloodborne Pathogen training or other Health & Safety issues, the necessity to improve management/employee relations through improved Communication tools or more effective Employee Performance Reviews, or a reduction of Stress in the workplace.

We also specialized in developing customized training in order to meet client requirements.
