Help provide input to a podcast on How to Listen & Translate what the Market & Your Customers are saying

Hello all!

I'll be doing a podcast next week regarding the Market and Customer Voices - and how to listen, and then translate into action what they are saying.

As I'm putting together my thoughts, I'd really value your input on what factors are most important to you? What do you most want to know when you think of "What the Marketplace could tell you?" or "What is most important for you to hear from your customers?"

My goal is to identify ways for people to gain New… Continue

Hi Deb,
We met last year through WIC. Chris Pareja had suggested I reach out to you, and now I see you here on the new Exchange! I focus on strategic communications planning and execution, backed-up (preferrably) by stakeholder research to inform the communication - I've worked a lot with employee initiatives of late, but also have done a lot of 'marketing' work with customer communications over the years. If you'd be up for meeting for coffee or whatever, please let me know - it would be nice to reconnect.
Kind regards,
Kathy

Hi Deb,
Well, I obviously didn't make WIC last night - hope it was a good program. Next week I'm traveling most of the week but week of 27th is good. I will be in SJ on Tues 27 - coffee? lunch? wine? ;)

Kathy - Late morning coffee might work ... let me get another appointment settled first as I may be heading up to Vallejo in the afternoon on the 27th for a meeting. That impacts the 'how long I'll be in the south bay' that day.
