Do you target specific types or sizes of companies? If so, please explain.
I work with all size companies, from sole-proprietorships, family businesses, and partnerships to multi-national.
Who are your power partners? (Who refers business to you? What business are they in?)
My power partners include: business and management consultants, money managers, business brokers, accountants, change management and process consultants.
What are some symptoms that a prospect might need your offering?
* Frictions in a boardroom, among partners, related to family succession, or between strategic partners.
* Crisis regarding operations or project performance.
* Frictions involving a creative team or a group of contractors on a large project with key milestones, budget, and delivery parameters.
* Tensions around changes in business objectives that effect long-term contracts - for example, with IT, manufacturing, or supply.
* Interdepartment rivalries or conflicting objectives - engineering and sales frictions, for example.
* New legal disputes, or potential disputes, that may bust your budget.
What differentiates you as a possible business partner?
There is a difference between really solving conflict and merely managing or resolving it.

I use mediation as the format for what I do. But, my strong business experience and macro understanding of conflict, in addition to my legal background, gives me a wide-range of experience and practical operating experience that lawyers who are mediators don't have.

I have turned-around many large projects that were in crisis. In addition, I have published articles regarding a new approach to conflict solutions.
