We work as a network of specialists in these categories and are paid on a contingency basis...our fees come from savings realized.

An indirect expense greater than $50k is a good candidate for us.

Also private equity firms or venture capitalists with maturing companies.
What are some symptoms that a prospect might need your offering?
If a company has a lot of people or material to manage they have overhead and are a good prospect. This is true across all industries.
Also, since we work on a contingency basis, there is no risk/cost to the prospect for us to review their expense profile and determine the size of the cost savings opportunities.
